Tristar Transindo Logistics Pool ‘Audited’ by SOMPO Honda

DAPURPACUID – Approaching the end of 2024, PT Tristar Transindo (TST) received a visit from one of its customers, namely SOMPO Honda, at the TST West Karawang pool, West Java.

This visit is an important event to show the company’s commitment to providing the best service. It is also part of the customer audit agenda.

The main goal is to ensure that the quality of logistics services provided by halal-certified logistics companies to customers is maintained.

Ferry Irawan, as Business Unit Head Car Carrier and Cargo Tristar Transindo, received directly from Honda, represented by Viktor and Takenobu Nagaoka, representatives from SOMPO Thailand.

The main agenda for this visit includes inspection of the quality of customer product stock to be sent, optimal product handling, as well as an overview of the supporting facilities in the pool.

This entire process is carried out to ensure that customer products at the West Karawang Pool are always in the best condition until they arrive at their destination.

Apart from that, TST also shows commitment to operational standards that are not only quality, but also in accordance with halal principles.
