Two districts of St. Petersburg where the cheapest housing are named

Among the districts of St. Petersburg, the most affordable housing prices are Kalininsky and Primorsky. A square meter there costs from 100 thousand rubles, according to data from the Yandex Real Estate service.

The most expensive real estate is located in the Petrogradsky and Tsentralny districts, where you will have to pay 1.5 million rubles for the metro.

Service employees also compiled a rating of Russian cities by the number of residential buildings built over the past five years. It was led by Moscow, where more than 600 houses have been built since 2029 – 1.9% of the total housing stock. In second place was Krasnodar, where almost 400 (5.9%) were built.

St. Petersburg completed the top three. During the specified period, about 300 new apartment buildings were inhabited in the city – this is 1.5% of the total number of residential buildings.
