Two festivals of Russian cinema at the same time in Serbian cities

THE MOST POPULAR titles in Russia will be on the repertoire of the five-day “Festival of Russian Film” from November 27 in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš.

At the event, which has been held in Serbia since 2022, eight films will be shown, among them the fairy-tale blockbuster “On Pike’s Order”, the family films “My Wild Friend”, “The Fire Fox” and “I’m Making a Step”, the war drama “The First Oscar ” and “Air”, as well as author’s projects “The World” and “Hoffman’s Fairy Tales”, award-winning participants of international festivals.

Almost at the same time, Serbian cities will also host the Moscow Animated Film Festival, which is organized by the government of the city of Moscow with the support of the Russian Embassy in Belgrade. opportunities for cooperation in the field of animation. Presentation of current projects of Moscow animation studios is also planned. The film program of the festival includes the animated films “The fox who could play the violin” (studio “Pčela”), “Umka” (studio “Soyuzmultfilm”), “Fiksizi” (studio “Riki”), “Bearded Bodo” ​​(studio “Riki “), “Fairies” (studio “Agama Film”), “Sedam Jarić” (studio “Soyuzmultfilm”), “Finik” (studio “Riki”) and “Superheroes” (studio “Skazka”). around 400 books in Russian, intended for school children, will be sold to school libraries in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Inđija.

Film screenings are: November 27 in Belgrade (“Roda Cineplex”, from 10, 12 and 2:30 p.m.), November 28 in the Cultural Center of Novi Sad (10, 12 and 2:30 p.m.) and November 29 in the Inđija Cultural Center (10 , 12 and 2:30 p.m.).
