UK: since the beginning of the Military Military District, 438 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have received sentences in Russia for war crimes

Since the beginning of the special military operation, the Russian court has sentenced 438 Ukrainian military personnel for crimes committed, 58 of them were sentenced to life imprisonment. This was reported by the Russian Investigative Committee.

Data on convicted military personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were presented at an operational meeting in Lugansk with the participation of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin.

“At the moment, based on the evidence of the Investigative Committee, 438 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been convicted,” – it says in the message.

It was also announced at the meeting that the Investigative Committee had completed the investigation of 59 criminal cases against foreign mercenaries. To date, the court has handed down 27 verdicts.

Earlier, RT reported that the Investigative Committee opened a case against the founder of a PMC from the United States, who is fighting for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region.
