Ultraviolet F77 arrived in Europe

India is home to numerous electric motorcycle manufacturers, each trying to carve out its own niche in the market. However, one brand stands out because it emphasizes fun and enjoyment. It’s Ultraviolette, whose F77 electric motorcycle has attracted a lot of attention.

It’s certainly an exciting time for Ultraviolette, with the recent launch of the first batch of F77 Mach 2 electric motorcycles heading to Europe. Now, where exactly in Europe these bikes are to be launched is yet to be announced, but we will surely find out soon.

It will definitely be interesting to see how the Ultraviolet F77 stacks up against the European competition, as well as the Chinese models that have flooded the continent in recent years. But on paper, the F77 Mach 2 appears to be more than up to the task.

With about 36 hp availablefits perfectly into the A2 segment for beginner drivers. But as is the case with most EVs, this thing is likely to feel a lot quicker to drive than its specs would suggest, given the instant power delivery and high torque of its electric motor. Ultraviolette states that the sprint time from zero to 60 kilometers per hour is only 2.8 seconds. It also reaches a maximum speed of about 160 km/hwhich is on par with some sports and naked motorcycles in the 300 to 400 cubic meter segment.

But aside from the exciting performance, the Ultraviolette F77 also boasts impressive fast charging capabilities – full charging in about 45 minutes via a 12 kW fast charger.
