Unforgettable Excitement at the Honda Booth During IMOS 2024

DAPURPACUID – The 2024 Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) was successful in attracting the enthusiasm of hundreds of visitors, including at the Honda booth which displayed a variety of its best line-ups.

Honda’s presence at the two-wheeled vehicle industry exhibition for the umpteenth time is very important to get closer to consumers, especially those who live in Jakarta and Tangerang.

Occupying a spot in Hall 10 ICE BSD City, Tangerang, the product line displayed is a collaboration between the Main Honda Motorcycle Dealer Jakarta – Tangerang, PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (WMS), which has full support from PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM).

Div. PT WMS Head of Marketing Planning & Analyst, Andra Friandana said, through the IMOS 2024 event, the public can see the entire Honda motorbike product line up, including the motorbikes of AHRT racers on the international racing stage.

“Visitors also have the opportunity to try out several line-ups, starting from electric motorbikes, big scooters to big bikes in the area provided,” explained Andra.

As is known, the Honda booth consists of several main zones to make it easier for visitors to explore, starting from electric motorbikes, big scooters, fashion, explorer, lifestyle, urban and racing.

No less interesting, various interactive activities were also presented in the Safety Riding, Youngster Activity and Society Contribution zones.

In the Safety Riding Zone, Honda Riding Trainers (HRT) are provided as a medium for interactive driving safety education, including talk shows about driving safety with the #Cari_Aman campaign.

Then the Youngster Activity Zone, PT AHM’s support for the younger generation is outlined in the Honda DBL program for young basketball fans and racing development through the Astra Honda Racing School, as well as the Astra Honda Racing Team.

Visitors can also see firsthand the achievements of Astra Honda Racing Team racers, who have made the nation proud on the international stage.

Hundreds of visitors try out the Honda EM1 electric motorbike

Meanwhile, in the test ride area, Honda EM1 e:, Honda PCX 160 and CB500X are provided for visitors to test. As a result, a positive response was achieved.

Visitors are given the opportunity to experience the Honda EM1, an electric motorbike that has a maximum speed of 45 km/h, with a maximum power of 1.7 kW/540 rpm and a peak torque of 90 Nm at 25 rpm.

On paper, this motorbike can cover a maximum distance of 41.1 km (WMTC Mode), with a charging time from 25 percent to 75 percent in two hours 40 minutes. Meanwhile, from 0 percent to one hundred percent it takes six hours.

“Comes complete with a test ride area, IMOS 2024 feels even more complete. “Visitors can experience the sensation of riding an electric motorbike, big automatic and big bike,” said Andra.
