In St. Petersburg, there is a decrease in the share of vacant space in high-quality offices. This is reported by “Vedomosti»with reference to data from Maxim Martynov, consultant of the department for work with office premises of IBC Real Estate in the Northern capital.
It is noted that by the end of the third quarter, the share of areas with free space for high-quality offices fell to 3.6%. Moreover, by the end of 2024 the figure may fall to 3.3%. Martynov, in turn, believes that it is quite possible to reduce free space to 3% of the total number of offices. This is the lowest figure in the last 10 years.
Earlier, RosBalt drew attention to a study by analysts of the consulting company NF Group, who recorded a shortage of class A offices in St. Petersburg. In particular, experts note that from January to September 2024, the commissioning of new offices amounted to 54,000 sq. m. m, which is 45% less than in the same period last year.
