Recipe for vegetable rillettes with nuts and coral lentils

- 230 g cooked coral lentils
- 100 g of nuts
- 1 large onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder

Preparing vegan rillettes
Roast the nuts by cooking them for 5 to 8 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
Finely slice the onions and brown them in olive oil until caramelized.
Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a mixer and mix until creamy. If necessary, add a little water if the mixture is too dry.
