Vertiv acquires BiXin Energy Technology to expand portfolio of HPC and AI solutions

Vertiv announced the acquisition of BiXin Energy Technology (BSE) centrifugal chiller technologymanufacturer of chillers, heat pumps, heat recovery solutions and air handling units.

The acquisition aims to consolidate Vertiv’s portfolio of technologies and solutions supporting high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence applications to enhance the company’s global offerings.

BSE products include Oil-free centrifugal hybrid chillers with magnetic bearingswater and air cooled, incorporating pumped refrigerant saving technology, with cooling capacity up to 5.5 MW.
