Vertiv announced the acquisition of BiXin Energy Technology (BSE) centrifugal chiller technologymanufacturer of chillers, heat pumps, heat recovery solutions and air handling units.
The acquisition aims to consolidate Vertiv’s portfolio of technologies and solutions supporting high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence applications to enhance the company’s global offerings.
BSE products include Oil-free centrifugal hybrid chillers with magnetic bearingswater and air cooled, incorporating pumped refrigerant saving technology, with cooling capacity up to 5.5 MW.

The BSE testing center is from the Air Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), an affiliate of the China Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Industry Association (CRAA) and a recognized top-level technology enterprise in China.
