Available on Prime Video since April, Fallout is a real success, both critically and publicly. This series, created by Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner, and produced by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, is adapted from the video games of the same name. The story takes place in a post-apocalyptic universe : A nuclear conflict after World War II forced survivors to take refuge in Vaults, luxurious anti-atomic bunkers. Two hundred years later, Lucy (Ella Purnell), a Vault dweller, tries to adapt to the hostile world of the isolated and irradiated Lands. But she will be forced to return to the surface to save her father. Three months after the official announcement of a season 2Jennifer Salke, head of Amazon MGM Studios, and Vernon Sanders, head of television for Prime Video, told our colleagues at Variety that scripts have already been written, and that the next episodes could arrive in advance !
Jennifer Salke: We are committed to continuing our journey with our beloved characters. Season 2 is looking great.
Vernon Sanders: We were lucky because that was the vision from the beginning. I think that We are ahead of schedule, as far as the return of season 2 goes. We don’t have an exact launch date yet, but we do have already have scripts in handand I think fans of Season 1 are going to really love the direction we’re taking for Season 2.
