Tire company Nokian Tires to inform that Vianor start change negotiations in Finland
Vianor starts change negotiations in order to adapt operations to the market and demand situation and to improve profitability.
The change negotiations concern the entire personnel of Vianor Oy in Finland, i.e. approximately 500 people in total.
“The company is planning to reduce the network of service points, temporary layoffs of personnel, layoffs and changes in job descriptions,” the release states.
The planned adjustment measures may lead to the layoff of all Vianor personnel for a maximum of 90 days and the termination of the employment of a maximum of 40 people.
Possible layoffs are planned to be implemented during 2025 and possible terminations of employment relationships during the first quarter of 2025.
The negotiations last at least six weeks.
