ViewSonic presents TeamJoin for Microsoft Teams Rooms

ViewSoni has recently introduced several components to support Microsoft Teams Rooms. “TeamJoin” expands the hardware offering for business conference rooms and hybrid work environments. The “TeamJoin” video conference solution includes an intuitive touch console, a computing engine, a 4K video bar system and an optional USB-C cable.

The computing engine, certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms, runs on Windows 11 IoT Enterprise Edition and connects seamlessly to the Teams Rooms console. A 12th generation Intel Core processor ensures fast operation in conference room setups. The device has security measures and ports for USB-C (3.0) and HDMI.
In a bundle with the Touch Console, also certified for Teams Rooms, users receive insights into room availability and can set up (virtual) meetings. The device is connected via a 5 meter USB-C cable; a 10 meter cable is optionally available. The 10.1-inch touchscreen allows you to attend and manage meetings as well as control speakers, microphones and cameras.
The separately available 4K video conference camera including sound bar (UMB-202) offers a USB-C port and a 4K camera sensor from Sony with 5x digital zoom and automatic image adjustment. Six beamforming microphones and an 11W speaker ensure optimal speech recognition and crystal-clear sound in the meeting room.

As a complement to TeamJoin, ViewSonic offers interactive displays in 21:9 format such as the ViewBoard IFP105S. It is ViewSonic’s first large-format, 5K resolution 21:9 interactive display. With a screen diagonal of 105 inches and ultra fine multi-touch technology, several employees can write, draw or operate applications at the same time with special pens or even with their fingertips. The interactive touch display is ideal for wireless, cross-device presentations in classrooms, lecture halls and meeting rooms.
The TeamJoin bundle consisting of computing engine (MPC310-W31-TU) and touch console (MRC1010-TN) costs 1299 euros. The Video Bar UMB-202 is available for 779 euros (including VAT).
