Vodafone and Oxygen win Gaming Communicator of the Year and Agency of the Year at the Gaming Video Awards 2024

iSilent was named Content Creator of the Year.

The Gaming Video Awards, the competition that rewards the best gaming video content that streamers and brands create for their communities, announced its winners at a gala held at the Odeon Theater and could be watched live on gamingvideoawards.ro and on Mădălin’s YouTube channel.

In the center of attention was iSilent, the big winner of the evening, which was awarded with the much-coveted distinction of “Content Creator of the Year”, as a result of the triumph in the categories “Best Gaming Video”, “Short Video of the Year” ” and the excellence award obtained in the “Best Minecraft video” category. Theo Zeciu won two awards, including the “Most Popular Streamer” distinction, following over 11 thousand votes received from the gaming community.

For the fourth consecutive year, the Gaming Video Awards honored brands and advertising, PR or digital agencies that created campaigns with gaming content. Vodafone obtained with “GoodGaming” the prize of the Communicator of the year in gaming after winning two categories: “The best communication campaign of a brand through special gaming events” and “The best campaign with gaming content”. Oxygen, the agency that signed, along with Vodafone, this campaign, was named Agency of the Year. GoodGaming from Vodafone is the first card created specifically for gamers and includes benefits from the universe of their favorite games: gaming enthusiasts could enjoy power-ups in League of Legends and Valorant games, bundled with unlimited national internet, minutes and SMS.

Score2Skillan eJobs campaign created with Saatchi&Saatchi + The Geeks and Good Game Industry, won the category The best communication campaign with content creators and obtained two excellence awards in the categories The best campaign with gaming content and The best educational campaign with gaming content. The Score2Skill campaign aimed to capitalize on the skills developed by gamers in video games. The Score2Skill algorithm transformed skills from the virtual world into skills needed in a real-life workplace.

The campaign “Fraudy Tales in Fortnite from ING Bank (Season 2)”, signed by ING and Jam Session Agency, won the category The best educational campaign with gaming content. The campaigns Pshhh It’s Game Time: Pepsi Fortnite Activation, signed by Pepsi / OMD and “Jobidon by Kaufland”, created by Kaufland and v8 Interactive & Nexus Gaming, each received an Excellence Award in the competition.

In the categories dedicated to content creators, Mădălin, ManCave.ro and Theo they were very close to the big prize at the Gaming Video Awards, winning 2 categories each.
