Shocking scenes unfolded on Monday night (12/30), shortly after 9:00 p.m. in a cafe-bar in Nea Ionia, Volos.
According to thenewspaper.gr, the incident took place on Anapausesos Street. Two men of Albanian origin were arrested for an unknown reason.
The situation got out of hand when the punching and kicking started, and they allegedly consumed a quantity of alcohol, after drinking beers before the incident. The restaurant was filled with blood and the employees panicked.
The police were called to the scene and OPKE men immediately intervened. An EKAV ambulance arrived at the cafeteria, but the two men did not want to be taken to the Volos Hospital.
