The vouchers for domestic activities can be used or redeemed within 12 months of purchase, in the case of beneficiaries, respectively within 12 months of receipt, in the case of domestic providers, according to a Decision adopted by the Government on Thursday.
Domestic activity vouchers not used within this period will be canceled by the National Agency for Employment, in the electronic platform, within 30 days from the date of expiry of the 12 months, states the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity, in a statement posted on your own Facebook page.

The adopted normative act also provides that if the household beneficiary does not correctly and truthfully fill in the data and information on the paper household activity vouchers, he must give the household provider other vouchers, the wrongly filled ones being returned to the employment agency in with a view to cancellation”, the quoted document also states.
In order to grant domestic activity vouchers to employees as a bonus or premium, employers must conclude a contract with the employment agency within the range of which they have their head office/headquarters or place of work.
Any natural person over the age of 16 who wants to have or supplement their income by occasionally providing unqualified domestic activities can be a domestic worker, whether they are unemployed, retired, pupil, student or employee.
In total, 34 activities have been established that can be remunerated exclusively with value vouchers and which aim at taking care of homes or gardens, pets or supporting dependent people.
People interested in becoming a household provider or household beneficiary must register on the tichete.anofm.ro platform.
“The advantage of enrolling in the platform and providing activities based on tickets is the fact that domestic workers benefit from pension and health insurance, provided they exchange at least 85 tickets for domestic activities, respectively 1,275 lei/month. The regulation of the activities of the domestic provider is one of the reforms undertaken by the Romanian state through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR)”, claims MMSS.
