“War” between Karystianou and Plakias – Ready for the courts – different

More specifically, it was made public by Nikos Plakias in X – The extrajudicial also concerns his brother Dimitris, who lost his daughter in the accident.

Maria Karystianou sent an extrajudicial lawsuit against Nikos Plakias and his brother Dimitris today, in the wake of the controversy over the concert for the victims of Tempe.

Maria Karystianou uses harsh expressions, stressing that under other circumstances her meeting with the Plakias brothers would have been “unthinkable” and that they “don’t want or can’t” understand the goals of the Association of Relatives of Tempo Victims. Nikos Plakias himself made the extrajudicial public on X (Twitter), posting the first page of the extrajudicial and writing:

“Thank you Maria Karystianou
The Mother of Tembos sent extrajudicial prayers to the family that lost three children
I’m ashamed
How will you end up with Sofia and Martha in court?
How will you counter the criticism?”

Nikos Plakias lost in the accident in Tempi his twin daughters, Chrysi and Thomis Plakias, while his brother Dimitris, his daughter Anastasia.

Karystianou for Plakias in the extra court: Under other circumstances, our meeting would have been unthinkable

Maria Karystianou’s courtroom begins in a sharp way – in the form of an attack – talking about the Plakias brothers, for whom she mentions that under different circumstances a meeting between them would be unthinkable, due to their different choices in life: Tragic events led them to meet the courses of our lives, “while of course our choices until then and also the obvious differences in our characters would make such a thing unthinkable”, says Maria Karystianou at the beginning of the document.

Then, she intensifies the attack against the Plakias brothers, accusing them that their goal is to undermine the collective action, while pointing out that they “don’t want or can’t” understand its purpose: “From the first moment you appeared in the spotlight , you and the small group that seems to identify with your views to date have caused division, doubts about everyone’s true intentions and a tendency to spin collective action in a way that leads to the conclusion that you are unwilling or unable to understand and to serve the goals we have set by creating the Tempe Victims Association, whose constitution, I think, you have not bothered to read.”

Nikos Plakias has not published the rest of the text, while Maria Karystianou, for her part, has not yet made a statement on the matter.
