We are hosting Rain Lees, head of the investment and analysis team at the investment firm Avaron, in the studio. Stock exchange companies in the Baltic countries as well as in the USA are constantly announcing fresh quarterly results. With the help of Rain Lees, we offer listeners an analysis of the results and conclusions about how it seems to be smart to operate in the market right now.

According to Ilona Viilu, member of the board of Tammiste Personalibüro and recruitment partner, more top specialists, mid-level managers and top managers are currently applying for companies’ offers than before. Which top employee is now a good time to look for? And on the other hand – how to best stand out as a candidate? And also: what tips should you keep in mind if you want to apply for a management position that your previous work experience does not fully support?

Kristina Mustonen, the manager of the real estate company Arco Vara, has been in office for a little over three months. In the light of the company’s recent quarterly and nine-month results, we ask Mustonen about the company’s growth plans and potential, trying to understand how to look at the price level of Arco Vara’s share, which is currently sitting at 1.3 euros.

Joonas-Hendrik Mägi, the presenter of Äripää radio, went to the streets of the capital on Thursday to find out whether people intend to use the opportunity to increase contributions to the II pillar of their pension – the decision must be made by the end of November. We welcome Äripäiv journalists Andras Kralla and Indrek Lepik in the studio, who are getting ready to cover the presidential elections in the USA.
