At the concerts, singer Aldi Kolosova will be accompanied by Edgars Shubrovskis, Edgars Rubenis and Nick Moss Rogers, and the program will also include songs that are not included in Aldi’s debut album.
Aldis Kolosovs has twice won the song contest Purebred – for the first time as a young singer, but after a year in the category of experienced singers. in 2024, in cooperation with Edgars Šubrovskis and the association HI released a song album with the poetry of Kārļas Vērdins We are not petty, which has received, it seems, the widest spectrum of evaluation – from harsh criticism to steep enthusiasm. Aldis differs from most Latvian singers with the choice of the main instrument (it is the piano, not the guitar), as well as with the musically cultivated, even complex song compositions. On a daily basis, Aldis plays the clarinet in a brass band Riga and teaches clarinet to children.
