Montenegro must continue implementing essential reforms in order to fulfill the tasks from the negotiation process as soon as possible and become a full member of the European Union by 2028, said the country’s president, Jakov Milatović.
He announced that he had a meaningful conversation with the special envoy of Slovenia for the Western Balkans, Anžej Frangeš.
He says that during the meeting he pointed out the importance of Slovenia’s support for Montenegro’s European path.
