iPhone 16 Pro Max Unboxing Photos
1. The box is familiar, compact and has a large image of the iPhone on the front.
2. The colour is the already classic “Natural Titanium”.
In the box, in addition to the device itself, there is a cable. Now it is rolled up not into a circle, but into an oval. It is unclear how this change affected the carbon footprint, but that is how it is.
3. In our case, there isn’t even a paper clip for the SIM card tray, because the iPhone comes from America, and it only has an eSIM.
4. USB-C cable in braid, white color. Even before the presentation, they dreamed that the color would change depending on the color of the iPhone case, but Apple decided not to do so. If you want a colored cable, buy an iPad.
5. As an iPhone 15 Pro owner, I can responsibly state: the titanium frame of the new 16 Pro Max feels exactly the same in your hand, that is, pleasant. The smartphone sits confidently in your hand, although I have gotten out of the habit of such a body size over the past year…
6. The bezels around the screen have really become thinner. This is especially noticeable in direct comparison. Here, look at the old iPhone 13 Pro Max next to the 16 Pro Max.
7. In general, it is quite difficult to talk about a smartphone that is in no way different from the previous generation in appearance. Tactile sensations, familiar iOS – you can feel all this when you take the iPhone 15 Pro Max in your hands.
8. So let’s move on to the touch button. Yes, there is one on the right side of the iPhone 16, under the power button. You can use it to control the camera settings.
9. The button is slightly recessed into the titanium frame, and if you hold the iPhone horizontally, your index finger can easily find it. Convenient.
When you press it, you feel a tactile response, and if you run your finger over it, magic happens:

The difference is clearly visible in the numbers.
On the left are the Geekbench 6 results for the iPhone 15 Pro, on the right are the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
In the single-core test the difference is not too big, 3268 points for the new product versus 2820 points for the iPhone 15 Pro. However, in multi-core the gap is already impressive, a thousand points: 7905 against 6924.
11. The graphics test also shows a difference of almost a thousand points in favor of the new iPhone 16 Pro Max, 4113 points versus 3280.
I’m sure this smartphone will handle the most demanding games, so Genshin fans won’t be disappointed 🙂

…And that’s all for now. The first impressions were restrained, at first glance it’s a familiar iPhone 15 Pro Max, only with an extra button.
However, the iPhone 16 Pro Max has become more productive, faster, and the screen has grown in size. At the moment, it is indeed the largest smartphone in the Apple line, but it is great that it fits in the hand as comfortably as the previous flagship.
