Carl-Ruuben Soolep, head of Estonian brand message creation, believes that Finnish and Swedish men are fascinated by Estonia because they are connected with us by a common history and, for example, a strong image of the technology sector. But how the wealthy women of India found tiny Estonia remains a mystery to Soolep.
According to Kata Varblas, head of national marketing of the Estonian brand, the reason lies in the curiosity of Indian women. “There was one hypothesis here that maybe they are very active on social media and in circles where Estonia comes forward with positive messages,” said Varblane.
