Xiaomi offers its new interface HyperOS 2.0 to selected developers. Some of the details noticed while the interface was being developed were weather and calendar widgets.
The weather widget now offers sleeker and more minimalist visualizations that match current weather conditions. Additionally, the widget provides more detailed weather information without opening the app itself.
On the other hand, the calendar widget has been further simplified and provides at-a-glance information about upcoming events. The aim is to provide a simpler experience, but it also offers some customization options. The widget also shows smart suggestions based on the user’s daily schedule.
These features currently shown to developers are very reminiscent of the widget combining feature introduced with HarmonyOS 3.0. It seems like Xiaomi didn’t forget to make some changes from its rival.
