WEATHER FORECAST until mid-NOVEMBER

In the first week, the thermal values ​​will be lower than normal, according to the forecast published by ANM. According to meteorologists, the weather will gradually cool in the coming weeks, and temperatures will approach normal values ​​for this period.

It seems that the cold wave that has engulfed Romania – with freezing temperatures in almost half of the country, especially at night – will subside.

The cold wave subsides!

“From Tuesday, temperatures will be rising slightly. We will really record, especially in the extra-Carpathian regions, values ​​above 20-22 degrees Celsius again”, announced Elena Mateescu, the general director of ANM, adding that until then this weekend will be characterized by a time when the nights and the mornings will be cold, with negative temperatures, especially in depressions, down to minus 7, minus 8 degrees Celsius.

From Tuesday, temperatures will rise, possibly across the country, with values ​​between 16 and 22 degrees Celsius, including in the Capital. Also from Tuesday, the minimums will also increase slightly. “They will become positive in almost the whole country and will generally be between two and 7-8 degrees Celsius,” said Elena Mateescu.

Week 21.10.2024 – 28.10.2024

The thermal values ​​will be lower than the specific ones for this week in the extra-Carpathian regions, and the rest will be around the normal ones.

The estimated rainfall regime for this interval will be deficient at the level of the entire country.

Week of 28.10.2024 – 04.11.2024

Average temperatures will be slightly above normal for this period in all regions.

Precipitation amounts will be excess in the southwestern, western and locally mountainous regions, and will otherwise be generally close to normal for this range.
