Doing business together, searching together and envisioning a future together, being able to carry out this activity, It will achieve the auspicious goal with the beneficial results produced by a distinguished team work. For this reason, I would like to express that I attach additional value to this place. I would like to express my pleasure to be here among you again as a son of this city. The Turkish Century is not just a period of time. Turkey Century is the name of our spirit of independence and our journey towards hope within the goal and approaches of a great and strong Turkey as a nation, under the leadership of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, with his great contributions and the projects he initiated, as well as domestic and national industry and moves, defense industry technologies, science. It is the name of a journey that begins with hope, in order to increase technical and technological methods, and with these achievements, a move and struggle for the fortification of civilization, with the hand of peace and friendship that we extend to all parts of the world, and at the same time, to further strengthen our common values and to give more correct messages on behalf of humanity. While we are here today talking about the future vision for Elazığ with an international congress and hosting it, unfortunately, in many parts of the world, especially our region, the world in general is being dragged into hell with terrorist entities such as Israel. We are being dragged in a ring of fire. “I must express and share that no vision of the future includes genocide, oppression, occupation, injustice and bloodshed, independent of peace, justice, virtue, courage and merit,” he said.
Stating that Elazığ is at a good point and that they will continue to work to move it further, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Mehmet Aktaş said, “I personally want to express and believe that we are at a much better point in terms of the public investment our city has received. Especially our education infrastructure, health Our infrastructure, our transportation infrastructure, our urbanization. Especially after the earthquakes we experienced in 2020 and 2023, we have reached the point of perhaps being the most resilient city in Turkey, with the rapid renewal of our city oil stock. I would like to express that our city is in a much better position. . Undoubtedly, we will not find this enough. We will continue to fight together for the better. At this point, we, as the people of Elazığ, especially express that we owe a great debt of gratitude to our president for the numerous investments he has brought to our city, especially for his support for the reconstruction of our city. “I would like to express my gratitude to him as a native of Elazığ,” he said.
Stating that Turkey is in an important and strategic position for the region, Elazığ Governor Numan Hatipoğlu said, “The most important crisis regions of the world are the Middle East, the Balkans and the Caucasus. It is an island of peace and stability right in the middle of these crisis regions. With its past, long-term peace has been experienced in these crisis regions.” We are a civilization where a single order is established. At the point we have reached today, we see once again that all of these crisis centers also need Turkey’s breath. Not only the Middle East but also almost the entire Islamic world is kneaded with blood. “We say that there are external factors or external factors in this, but I think there are very important issues that we need to sit down and make self-criticism about,” he said.
Elazığ Mayor Şahin Şerifoğlu said, “As a city, we will take our place among the cities that have left their mark on the Turkey Century. I would like to express my gratitude to each of you for your valuable contributions to the future of Elazığ.
