What are the challenges of the sector in 2025?

In the last show of the year, Kasvupinnas, we look back at the “Agricultural Business Plan 2025” conference held on November 27, where the opinion leaders of the sector took the floor and spoke about their vision for the future of the sector, the main areas of concern and their company’s plans for the next year.

In the program, we listen to two of these presentations. In the first part of the show, Margus Lepp, member of the board of Vändra AS, top manager of the agricultural sector 2024, talks about the opportunities and challenges of dairy farming.

The second half of the show focuses on what happens in pig farming. Timo Vunder, chairman of the board of Kõpsta Seafarm OÜ, chairman of the board of the breeding cooperative, summarizes the activities of his company and Eesti Tõusigade Aretusühistu.
