Bulevar piva, Kraft ulica and Dolina gladi: What do the Novi Sad days of beer bring us?
The third consecutive Novi Sad Beer Days, which will be held on November 1 and 2 in the “Master” Hall at the Novi Sad Fair. And this edition of the event will be held with the support of the Provincial Secretariat for Economy and Tourism, the City of Novi Sad, the Company “Ninamedia” as the main organizer and the Novi Sad Fair as co-organizer of the event.
“This is the third time that we support the Novi Sad Beer Days, and the ultimate goal of our Secretariat is to increase the number of arrivals, overnight stays and visits in general to the capital, as well as AP Vojvodina,” said Deputy Provincial Secretary Palimir Tot.
The provincial government invests certain funds, not only in this event, but also in others.
“We are partners here throughout the year and we want this cooperation to go in the direction of increasing the number of tourists coming to Novi Sad, of course increasing the number of arrangements and overnight stays, and also increasing traffic in all other branches, especially in the economy, added Tot .
Concerts of famous bands
At the Novi Sad Days of Beer on November 1, Electric Orgasm and Steam Roller will perform, and on November 2, Galija and Alen Islamović will be responsible for the good atmosphere. However, this manifestation is not only concerts.
“We have been building a brand for three years, building a place where we celebrate together, promote the local community, where we gather and sing and where we want to show the best that our city has to offer,” said Tamara Mladenović from Ninamedia Company.
Three streets on beer days
The concept is such that there are three streets at the event. “Kraft Street” and “Hunger Valley” where more than 25 craft brewers and local entrepreneurs will be presented.
“For those who are faithful to commercial beers, there will be “Beer Boulevard”. The program on Friday and Saturday starts at 8 pm, and our fellow citizen, Miloš Milaković, will be responsible for the good atmosphere. In addition to the concerts, there will be various competitions on the program – in beer drinking, a category in which both men and women participate, and there will also be a competition in holding mugs, especially in the men’s category, and especially in the women’s category,” Mladenović added.
It is events like these that mark Novi Sad, as well as the Novi Sad Fair, on the map of important events.
One-day tickets for Novi Sad beer days, at a price of 2,200 dinars, and two-day tickets, which cost 3,300 dinars, are on sale through the Gigstix sales network.
