The telecommunications company DIGI officially debuted in Portugal today. On Portal da Queixa, the brand is a phenomenon and is currently the most searched for by consumers across the entire platform. Has the fourth best Satisfaction Index in the TV, Net and Telephone Operators category. As for complaints, there are already 119 and the installation is the main reason.
After a long wait, the Romanian communications company fulfilled what it promised several months ago. Offer cheaper prices than competing operators and market leaders. According to data from Portal da Queixa, the brand's debut resulted in a true phenomenon. It is said that DIGI Portugal is currently the most searched brand on the entire platform, concluding that the phenomenon attests to consumers' curiosity and interest in the brand.
Despite now being launched on the market, the new company received its first complaint on the Portal da Queixa, in January 2023. However, the operator already has 119 complaints, of which 71 were published this yearwith last October collecting the highest number of cases: 33.
Among the main reasons for complaints, problems with installation occupy the largest share - 93.4%. The following are cases that indicate service failure - 3.3% -, where after installing the router the service does not work and customer support, whose difficulty was reported in 3.3% of complaints.
According to the indicators, the districts in which the most complaints addressed to DIGI Portugal were published were the following:
- Lisboa - 37.8%;
- Setúbal - 22.7%;
- Porto - 16%;
- Braga - 5%;
- Aveiro - 4.2%.
Regarding the brand's performance, in the TV, Net and Telephone Operators category, DIGI is the operator with the fourth best Satisfaction Index, scored at 64.1 (out of 100), which indicates the brand's concern in responding and resolving issues. problems reported by consumers.
