Fruit-only dinner – against cellulite

A useful fruit salad dinner is highly recommended for those who want to lose weight: it can be made from 4-5 fruits (in the amount of 600-800 g), giving preference to pineapple in addition to seasonal fruits, avoiding mangoes and bananas. If we include it regularly in our diet, this “mini-diet” is easily digestible, diuretic and after a while allows the body to reduce excess fatas well as acts against the formation of cellulite.
