The answer was prepared by the Property Management Department of the Daugavpils City Duma: “You can submit an application to receive notifications of payment of real estate tax (NIN) by e-mail:
– on the portal e-pakalpojumi.lv in the “Real Estate” section, the service “Application for receiving notifications by email and SMS” – you must undergo authentication using Internet banking or an electronic signature;
– by mail, sending an application to the Property Management Department of Daugavpils Municipality at the address: st. Kr. Valdemara, 1;
– in person, by leaving a statement at the Municipal Information Bureau at the address: st. Kr. Valdemara, 1;
– by sending an application to the email address ipd@daugavpils.lv (using a secure electronic signature).”

The answer was prepared by the Property Management Department of the Daugavpils City Council: “You can apply to receive VAT payment notices by e-mail:
– on the portal e-pakalpojumi.lv, in the section “Real estate”, e-services “E-mail and SMS application”. It is necessary to authenticate using Internet banking or an electronic signature tool;
– by mail, by sending an application to the Property Management Department of the central administration of Daugavpils municipality, Krišjāņa Valdemāra street 1, Daugavpils;
– in person, by submitting an application to the Property Management Department of the Daugavpils municipality central administration (at the Municipal Information Office, Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street 1, Daugavpils);
– by sending an electronically signed (with secure electronic signature) application to the e-mail address ipd@daugavpils.lv”.
