Those in a hurry will love this no-bake cottage cheese cheesecake. For the mixture, mix cottage cheese with agar-agar, lemon juice and sugar. Pour over the base of the cheesecake made with crumbled biscuits and butter. Place in the refrigerator to set.
Sweet cottage cheese tart recipe
This traditional cottage cheese tart coming from Alsace is prepared as follows:
To prepare a Käsküechemix 500 g of fromage blanc with 150 g of sugar, 3 eggs, and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Add 100 g of crème fraîche and 50 g of cornstarch.
Pour everything into a buttered mold and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Leave to cool before serving.

To make these cottage cheese fritters, mix 250g of cottage cheese with 2 eggs, 60g of sugar, and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Add 200g of flour, 1/2 sachet of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until you get a smooth dough.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large frying pan. Using a spoon, drop small balls of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, then drain on paper towels. Dust with icing sugar before serving hot.
