Auto e Moto d’Epoca returns to Bologna from 24 to 27 October 2024 with an exhibition space of 235,000 m2, distributed in 14 pavilions, to be discovered through four routes thematic: Cars, Motorcycles, Classics and Spare Parts route.

Among the new features this year is the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club Italia, the Italian section of the English club which, founded in December 1984, is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Volkswagen Italia, on the other hand, is present with a stand entirely dedicated to the celebration of 50 years of the Golf.

Vintage Cars and Motorcycles: what to see

Il Car route is an unrivaled collection of vintage cars and motorbikes for sale, from rare collector’s items to promising Instant Classics and Youngtimers. In six pavilions and 4 outdoor areas there are over 5,000 cars for sale.

Along the The World of Classics route there are historical clubs and registers, car manufacturers, bodies, associations and museums. Alongside the numerous historic clubs, in addition to the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club Italia, 2024 sees for the first time the participation of the Moretti Enonsolo Museum, dedicated to Turin designers, coachbuilders and planners of the 1950s and 1960s. At the stand Volkswagen also highlights the display of eight generations of the German bestseller Golf which turns 50.

Il Motorcycle route it covers over 15,000 m2 and among the previews we should mention the Ducati 500 GP ridden by Phil Read in 1971. There will also be a retrospective dedicated to the very rich tradition of Bolognese motorcycle manufacturers.

Finally the Spare Parts Route offers the largest European range of vintage spare parts: from mechanics to engine electronics up to interior components. All car and automotive spare parts are gathered in pavilion 30, motorcycle parts in 29, while pavilion 28 is entirely dedicated to model making.

Vintage Cars and Motorcycles: how to get there

Auto e Moto d’Epoca takes place in Bologna Fairs from 24 to 27 October 2024. On Thursday, visitors can enter from 9:00 to 18:00. On 25 and 26 October from 9:00 to 19:00 and Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Bologna Fiere can be reached:

  • In auto: from the motorway: “BOLOGNA FIERA” exit or from the ring road: exits 7 and 8. Parking spaces for visitors are those indicated in blue on the map (near the public entrances on Via Michelino and Piazza Constitution). In the exhibition center area, parking is regulated and it is possible to park only in the designated areas. The personnel authorized to provide directions and collect the toll can be recognized by their uniform.
  • By train: once you arrive at the central station, the fair can be reached by: TAXI – car park, Piazza Medaglie D’Oro exit and at Kiss&Ride, via Carracci exit. BUS – TPER bus lines: 35 – 38 – 28. For information on timetables and costs: tel. 051.290.290.

  • By plane: the Bologna exhibition center is 8.5 km from the Guglielmo Marconi intercontinental airport, served by numerous carriers that connect Bologna with Italian, European and non-European destinations. From BolognaFiere airport it can be reached by taxi (distance 8.5 km).

Vintage Cars and Motorcycles: tickets

Tickets can already be purchased online at bolognafiere.vivaticket.com. Each ticket is valid only for the chosen date(s) and allows only one entry and cannot be reused. Furthermore, once issued it is not possible change the datenor is there any refund.

Il free ticket it is reserved for children up to 12 years old and people with a disability of 80% or more with a companion. The reduced ticket it is aimed at children aged 13 to 17 and disabled people with less than 80% disability. Reduced and free tickets must be collected at the event ticket offices (where your identity document is checked).

L’entrance of dogs it is allowed only if on a leash and equipped with a muzzle or with a special carrier, with the exception of dogs serving disabled people, who can access without limitations.
