How Does WhatsApp Favorites Feature Work?

To add to your favorites, you can follow these steps.
- From your chats screen, select the “favorites” filter and select your contacts or groups from there.
- From the Calls tab, tap the “Add to favorites” button and select your contacts or groups.
- Alternatively, you can manage your “favorites” from the settings by going to Settings > Favorites > Add to Favorites and reorder the list at any time.
