Good news: season 6 of Cobra Kai is 15 episodes strong. Bad news: the broadcast is divided into 3 parts. After the first 5 episodes last summer, part 2 (which introduces a new dojo, the Iron Dragons) has just been put online on November 15, 2024. So it’s not the end yet…
When is part 3 of season 6 released? Cobra Kai ?
Four months separated part 1, released on July 18, 2024, and part 2, broadcast on November 15. A damn long delay! Will we have to be so patient before finding out what happens next? Fortunately, not to this extent, but you will still have to show endurance. At the end of episode 10, Netflix shows a screen announcing the date of Part 3 of Season 6 of Cobra Kai : the February 13, 2025.

No season 7 to Cobra Kai
There will be no season 7 Cobra Kai. Part 3 of season 6 marks the end of the series, which has been running since 2018. Furthermore, no spin-off has been announced. The movie Karate Kid : Legends is it related to Cobra Kai ?
The end of Cobra Kai is not, however, the end of the “Miyagi-verse”. Ralph Macchio reprises his sensei costume in a feature film which has already been shot, and which will be released in 2025 (for now: May 20, 2025). Initially scheduled for the start of the year, it was postponed to make way for the end of the series.
But this film, titled Karate Kid : Legendsis it the continuation of Cobra Kai ? Yes, in part. The feature film is set in the same universe. There will be Larusso and Mr. Han (played by Jackie Chan, the 2010 reboot therefore finally being integrated into the canon of the universe).
Ralph Macchio made it clear, during a interviewwhich Karate Kid : Legends is located after Cobra Kai. Continuity is therefore assured: it is not a reboot strictly speaking. It remains to be seen how much the film will mention the events of the series, since the producers of Cobra Kai are not involved in the feature film at all. And aside from Macchio as Larusso, no members of the series’ cast are announced in LegendsFor now.
