Changeable autumn weather brings with it unpredictable road conditions. Although the use of winter tires is mandatory only from December, previous years have shown that unexpected road conditions and ice can occur as early as October.
“It is recommended to install winter tires when the temperature drops permanently below 7 degrees. This is the moment when the grip of summer tires starts to decrease significantly, especially on wet or icy road surfaces,” explained Ragnar Pildre, manager of Amserv’s service and spare parts warehouse.
