The scene is in a Spider-Man animated series. And not just any scene, since it was played in the 1960s, in other words, well before the wave of films based on Marvel comics. The man named Charles Cameo ends up disguising himself as Spider-Man to confuse the police, who think that the real Spider-Man is guilty of art thefts. Spider-Man (the real one) ends up arresting the crook and his bodyguard.
