Which phones will get the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite?

Qualcomm has introduced the new Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship processor, and it will be heading to a lot of flagship phones of the new mobile season. In the world of Android, it will argue for first place with the competing chipset Dimensity 9400, and as it seems, there will be no shortage of suitors. Which manufacturers will use this new chipset in their phones?

Snapdragon 8 Elite is smarter

As usual, the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which follows on from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, has received improvements on all fronts. It offers higher computing (up to 45%) and graphics (up to 40%) performance and, of course, it has also significantly improved in terms of artificial intelligence. At the same time, it is more efficient and has better performance per watt. But which phones will get this processor?

When introducing this processor, Taiwanese Asus confirmed its presence in its phone. The latter will install it in the upcoming ROG Phone 9 gaming mobile, and Honor has also confirmed the presence of this chipset in its flagship. He will install it in the Magic 7 model, which will arrive on October 30. Before that, however, it will be presented to the public by the Xiaomi 15 series, in which the SD 8 Elite will be shown tomorrow.

• Nubia RedMagic 10 Pro and Z70 Ultra – Presentation during November

• Realme GT 7 Pro – presentation by the end of October

Others are reaching for the new Snapdragon

Other brands, such as Samsung and Oppo, will also use the Snapdragon 8 Elite in their phones, but they were not specific. But it is clear that Samsung will put it at least in its flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra and Oppo in the Find X8 series, probably in the Ultra version. We can also expect this processor in the new flagship from Sony, which will probably be the Xperia 1 VII.
