Who Wore Louis Vuitton and Bulgari to the 75th Golden Globe Awards?

On January 7, 2018, a host of celebrities turned heads at the 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.

This event reflected a very strong theme, namely the fight against sexual harassment and violence. Most of the stars supported the theme by showing up in black. Not only women, but also a lot of male celebrities have shown that they are not indifferent to this topic. Some even wore placards that read “Time’s Up,” the name of a foundation recently founded by Hollywood actresses to help victims of sexual violence.

Black, diamonds and white gold

Reese Witherspoon she chose a platinum diamond bracelet and diamond thread earrings also in platinum from 1938. Reese was nominated for her outstanding performance in the television series “Big Little Lies”.

Actress Alison Brie showed off a white gold diamond necklace from Bulgari’s ‘Le Magnifiche’ collection, paired with a Serpenti diamond watch and two white gold rings. Alison was nominated for her work on the TV series ‘Glow’.

She received another acting nomination Laura Dern for her appearance on the TV series “Big Little Lies.” She wore rose gold earrings and a diamond ring from Bulgari’s iconic Serpenti collection. She accessorized her wrist with a black Serpenti watch with rose gold and diamond detailing.

Best Actor Nominee Alexander Skarsgård opted for a Bulgari watch in gold with a white dial and octave cufflinks in 18k rose gold with onyx. Alexander was nominated for his outstanding performance in the television series “Big Little Lies.”

Oscar winner Alicia Vikander showed off beautiful Serpenti earrings in white gold with diamonds, aquamarines and sapphires at this annual event, which she matched with a Serpenti ring. She wore a custom-made silk dress by Louis Vuitton with embroidered black beads, crystals and metallic embroidery. Her custom-made shoes were also black and silver.

Actress Yvonne Strahovski she wore a Bulgari necklace in white gold with emeralds, sapphires and diamonds, matched with diamond earrings and a Serpenti ring. Yvonne was nominated for her work in the best drama TV series “The Handmaid’s Tale”.

Jessica Biel she opted for Italian designer diamond earrings with a bow detail and two 1930s diamond bracelets in platinum. She added a white gold diamond ring to it. Jessica had two nominations, for Best Actress for her performance in The Sinner, as well as an Executive Producer for the series, which was nominated for Best Limited Series.

Kingtennis icon and women’s rights advocate, wore a custom-made Louis Vuitton asymmetric dress to the 75th Golden Globe Awards. The dress, made of black lace embroidered with black pearls, crystals and sequins, suited Emma very well. Emma also wore black crystal sandals and bijou earrings paired with two white gold rings that were set with diamonds, all from Louis Vuitton. Emma’s nomination was for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture for a Musical or Comedy.

Michelle Williamsaccompanied by an activist Taranou Burkethe founder of the #MeToo movement, wore a custom corset dress made of black silk and lamé that was embroidered with pearls. Michelle accessorized the dress with beautiful satin sandals in black. As jewelry, she chose a delicate necklace with a pendant in white gold and diamonds from Louis Vuitton. She was nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture for a Drama.
