The reactions to Fernanda Torres’ victory at the Golden Globes continue to be felt, especially in Brazil, the country where the protagonist of the film “I’m Still Here” is from.
Now, it was comedian Fábio Porchat, from Porta dos Fundos, who recovered the video of a 2019 interview, in which the actress confessed that, if she could be someone else for a day, she would like to be Tilda Swinton.
“One day you want to be Tilda Swinton, the next you win the Golden Globe competing with her… what a story”, wrote the comedian, referring to the fact that Fernanda Torres beat the British actress in the Best Actress category in dramatic film.
The story becomes even more curious considering Tilda Swinton’s reaction to Fernanda Torres’ victory. The British woman, nominated for the same category as the Brazilian, for her participation in “The Room Next Door”, by Pedro Almodóvar, effusively applauded the triumph of Fernanda Montenegro’s daughter.
