AK Party Parliamentary Group Chairman Abdullah Güler made evaluations about the issues that are on the public agenda and claimed by different sources.

Speaking to KRT TV, AK Party member Abdullah Güler stated that they asked their opinions about the article to be added to the law on ‘influence spying’, but they received the answer “No”.

Güler stated that CHP Chairman Özgür Özel later claimed that “If this text of the law is passed, journalists will be spies, teachers will be spies, academics will be spies, and the opposition will be spies.” ‘ we said… Unfortunately, the opposition has no suggestions or criticisms,” he said.

‘Amnesty does not produce correct results’

Güler said the following about general amnesty and mother tongue issues: “There is no general or partial amnesty on our agenda. We are trying to provide fairer, more effective and deterrent punishments and to ensure the peace of the society. Amnesty does not give the right results. Mother tongue is not on our agenda in the new constitution. “The Constitution should be a working environment in which every segment of the society can put forward their own suggestions and expectations. Our aim is to make a constitution that suits all the conditions of our civil, democratic, participatory day.”
