A computer game set in the land of dice was created in 2009 and millions of players immediately fell in love with her. Swedish developer Marcus Persson thanks to his Minecraft he started not only the gaming mania, but also the fan mania. Minecraft merch is huge, and toys and items featuring the game are loved by many adults and children alike.
Now with Persson, who communicates under a nickname Notchconfided that he was planning a new game. According to him, it is about a traditional game in the style of Ancient Domains Of Mystery mixed with a tile-based “first person dungeon crawler” (eg Legend of Grimrock or Eye of the Beholder). At the same time, he plays with the idea of the two of minecraft. So he let his fans on the X network vote on what type of game they wanted from him first.

But the spiritual father of Minecraft is clear. “Basically, I announced Minecraft 2. I thought maybe people actually wanted me to make another game that was super similar to the first one, and that I enjoyed working on games again. I don’t really care which game I make first.” he stated on the X Network (formerly Twitter).
It is a big question how it would be with the release of the game, because its Mojang Studios sold to Microsoft in 2014. However, it looks like he’s really getting to work on his new Minecraft. And he has big plans for him (although he himself admits that he may turn out to be a complete flop).
In addition, fans have already noticed that the release of the Minecraft movie is approaching.
