Windows 11 ARM ISO File Available for Download

Although the ARM version of Windows has been in use for several years, Microsoft has never previously released any ISO files for it. Today, the company finally released the ISO file for the ARM version of Windows.

Users can now download Windows 11 Arm64 ISO files, just like X64 Windows 11 ISO files, from Microsoft’s site and create them as a boot file. It’s worth noting that Microsoft only uses a multi-version ISO for download, and users will need to use their product key to unlock the correct version for their computer.

Microsoft also noted on the download page that it may be necessary to include drivers from the hardware OEM for the installation media to boot successfully.

Users of the latest Windows ARM with Snapdragon X Series processor will be able to use the new ISO to install Windows without additional drivers from OEMs. However, we should point out that even if Windows is successfully installed on devices, full features will not be available until the remaining drivers are installed. Users can access the internet using a dock or dongle to connect to Windows Update and download drivers.
