With the support of the Melnichenko Foundation, young Kuzbass residents completed a health season in Polyany

This is not the first time that a group of Kuzbass children whose parents work at SUEK enterprises have received a high-quality in-depth examination at one of the leading medical centers in the country.

In addition to the examination, the children exercise in the physical therapy room, visit the inhalation room, the swimming pool and the neurosensory room, and strengthen their immunity in the cedar, halo and balneotherapy rooms.

The busy schedule includes not only wellness treatments, but also creative programs, excursions and career guidance events organized by the Melnichenko Foundation, which operates in the territories where SUEK operates. This season, as part of career guidance, meetings were held with representatives of manufacturing enterprises, communication with the Hero of Russia, pilot-cosmonaut Sergei Volkov.

“Programs like this are a great support for families.” Thanks to the trip, my son underwent the necessary medical examination by specialists in various fields, all of whom gave recommendations for treatment and further examination. We know where to move next and how to improve our son’s well-being,” says Kristina Safiulina, mother of 14-year-old Savely. – Thanks to the organizers for this unique opportunity.

– We weren’t bored. Constantly took part in various events. I especially remember the tour of Moscow and the meeting with the Hero of Russia, pilot-cosmonaut Sergei Volkov. His stories impressed everyone,” Savely Safiulin shares his emotions.

The program for children in Siberia and the Far East has been operating since 2009. During this time, more than 1.6 thousand children whose parents work at SUEK enterprises were able to relax and improve their health in one of the leading medical centers in the country.

The children were accompanied by adult accompanying workers – employees of enterprises, who were also examined by specialists from leading medical organizations.
