DAPURPACUID – PT Wahana Kalyamitra Mahardika (WKM) makes protecting customers’ Honda motorbikes easier, with the presence of the Wahana Honda (WANDA) application.
Collaborating with the Main Dealer of Honda Motorcycles Jakarta – Tangerang, PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (WMS), various conveniences can be obtained when you have this card.
“Honda motorcycle protection matters are easier. We continue to strive to maintain consumer loyalty through integrated services with the WANDA application,” said Head of Marketing PT WKM, Anton Sutojo.
“Now, motorcycle insurance registration can be done anywhere and anytime. The process does not take long and of course is easy for anyone,” he explained in an official broadcast.
Honda motorbike owners only need to register and complete the administrative requirements that must be met during registration, such as a photo of their ID card and a photo of their vehicle registration certificate.
All of these requirements can be sent to the WANDA application insurance admin. After the process is declared successful, the insurance party will send the policy documents no later than seven working days.
PT WKM also promises convenience and a short time for Honda motorbike owners in submitting insurance applications, as follows:
1. Open the WANDA application on your smartphone;
2. Click the insurance menu;
3. Then select the buy insurance menu;
4. Select the type of motorcycle insurance you want;
5. Next, select buy and select the type of use ‘personal/commercial/official’, and
6. Finally, fill in the complete data and submit.
The WANDA application verification team will contact consumers regarding their application. If consumers have confirmed the submitted data, then the next step is to make the payment for the selected insurance.
There are three types of insurance that consumers can choose from, where each type has different premiums and benefit values, namely:
– Total Loss Only. Premiums start from IDR 400,000/year, vehicle protection from the risk of theft, mugging/robbery and robbery.
– Total Loss Only +. Premiums start from IDR 440,000/year, protecting vehicles from the risk of theft, mugging/robbery, robbery and natural disasters.
– Commercial. Premiums start from IDR 460,000/year, protecting vehicles from the risk of theft, mugging/robbery, robbery and commercial use.
“We present three types of insurance with different premium values and benefits. So, consumers themselves determine which one they want to use according to their needs,” Anton concluded.
If you forget the active period of insurance, consumers can see the protection period for their registered Honda motorbike via the WANDA application.
If the protection period has expired or expired, consumers can apply for insurance renewal again via the WANDA application.
Regarding claim submission, consumers can contact the insurance admin via number 0811-1370-3810, or call center 021-6006006 with operational hours Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 16.30 WIB.
