Wulff Accounting Offices acquires Ab Bokföringsbyrå Esse Tilitoimisto Oy’s business. With the acquisition, Tilitoimisto Esse from Porvoo will become part of the staff Wulff Accounting Offices service package.
The business deal brings Wulff Tilitoimisto more than a hundred new customers, five financial management professionals and an annual turnover of almost 400,000 euros.
According to Wulff, the acquisition strengthens its position, especially in Eastern Uusimaa and the capital region.
“Essen joining Wulff Tilitoimisto supports our growth and our strategic goal,” says of the Wulff Group managing director Elina Rahkonen.
“Esse’s ability to meet the needs of Swedish-speaking customers is particularly significant. It increases our competitive advantage,” says Rahkonen.
