DAPURPACUID – Wuling Motors took part in the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Conference (PEVC) 2024 event, at the Intercontinental Resort, Bali, 12-13 September 2024.
For two days, Wuling ‘sent’ 10 units of Milk Tea-colored Cloud EVs to be used as transportation fleets for speakers and VIP guests.
Wuling Motors Public Relations Manager, Brian Gomgom said, his party supports PEVC 2024 as an important moment to further develop electric vehicle innovation.
“By assigning Cloud EV, it is a real form of Wuling’s commitment to encourage the advancement of environmentally friendly and sustainable mobility technology in Indonesia,” said Gomgom.
The symbolic handover of the Cloud EV unit assigned to PEVC 2024 was carried out on September 10, after which the electric car was immediately brought to Bali.
In addition to being a mode of mobility, this electric vehicle is also part of the environmentally friendly experience carried by PEVC 2024, in line with the event theme, namely EVolution REVolution.
Attended by 500 participants, PEVC 2024 has a mission to provide the latest insights into the development of the electric vehicle industry and encourage wider adoption among the public.
In line with the theme, the conference is the right place for interaction for industry players, producers, distributors, consumers, and the government.
Puspa Maharani, Marketing Communication Periklindo said that Wuling’s involvement is in line with the vision and mission of advancing the sustainable electric vehicle industry.
By sending the Cloud EV, it shows Wuling’s commitment to not only support the event logistically, but also support the transformation towards a greener and more environmentally friendly future.
“This is a real step that helps us achieve our common goal of accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia,” concluded Puspa.
Wuling hopes that its participation in PEVC 2024 can further encourage the development of electric vehicles in Indonesia and strengthen its position as one of the pioneers of environmentally friendly technology in the automotive industry.
