A new generation of the popular electric car from the Wuling company (founded by SAIC and General Motors) is ready.
The images from the database of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China show the new Hongguang Mini EV, in 3- and 5-door versions.
The roof can be in black or white, and there are several new wheel options.
Although there are no pictures of the interior yet, no significant changes are expected there.
The car is slightly larger than its predecessor. The length of the 3-door version is 326 cm, width 151 cm, height 162 cm and wheelbase 219 cm. This means that the vehicle is longer and wider than its predecessor, and somewhat lower.
The electric motor has 41 hp, enough for a maximum speed of 100 km/h.
The prices of the current Wuling Hongguang Mini EV with 3 doors in China start from 32,800 yuan (about 4,200 euros), while the new model will be somewhat more expensive according to announcements.
