China’s SAIC presented a new Wuling Zhiguang EV electric van, which is primarily intended for commercial use.
More precisely, it can be used for delivery, courier services, as a mobile cafe, flower shop and so on.
The length of the vehicle is only 3685 mm, width 1530 mm, height 1765 mm, while the wheelbase is 2600 mm. This 892 kg van has 13 inch steel wheels.
The Wuling Zhiguang EV has a four-seat interior as standard, with the second row folding very easily. The passenger seat can be folded in the same way.
There is a 41 HP electric motor on the rear axle, the batteries are 17.7 kWh, while the top speed is only 100 km/h.
It will go on sale in China this winter, reportedly for just 50,000 yuan (about US$6,900) for the base version.
