Xiaomi delivered more than 130,000 copies of the electric model XU7

Xiaomi has announced the sales results of its SU7 electric model and they are really great.

The SU7 also exceeded its revised shipment targets after Xiaomi sold and shipped more than 130,000 units of the model in the year it was launched. These are truly impressive results for a newcomer to the competitive electric vehicle market.

As is known, the SU7 was introduced in December 2023, while deliveries began in April 2024. The car is sold in three versions, namely Standard, Pro and Max. Prices range from 26,600 euros for the Standard to 36,900 euros for the Max. The SU7 has become a rival to the Tesla Model 3 and other mid-size electric sedans.

As it reminds Klix.ba, initially, Xiaomi intended to ship 100,000 units of the SU7 in 2024, but the original target was revised and increased to 120,000 units. However, thanks to strong demand and a successful production ramp-up, the SU7 exceeded expectations. In November, Xiaomi announced that it had delivered 100,000 cars and set a new goal, which is to deliver a total of 130,000 units by the end of the year. Even that goal was met ahead of schedule.

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra

Xiaomi will soon expand its range with the introduction of the SU7 Ultra, which is a high-performance sedan version. The offer also includes YU7, Xiaomi’s first electric SUV.

The SU7 Ultra will cost slightly more than 100,000 euros and will hit the market in March, while the YU7 is expected in mid-2025.
