THE Xiaomi revealed the release date of her first flip foldable – Mix Flip. The presentation will take place this Friday, July 19and the device will come with the already confirmed Mix Fold 4 and the Redmi K70 Ultra.
The company also published some of the technical specifications of the Mix Flip on its Weibo page, including the chipset, battery capacity and some key images. Mix Flip will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 – the same chipset used by the Xiaomi 14 flagships. The device will have cameras developed in collaboration with Leicaand one of them will have a “grand opening”, without the exact details being given yet.
The battery capacity is said to be 4.780 mAh, which only the Honor Magic V Flip matches among flip phones.
In a separate post, Xiaomi also shared that the phone will have UFS 4.0 storage, LPDDR5X RAM and a 3D vapor chamber for cooling. The flip foldable will have a 4″ external screen with 1240p resolution and brightness 1.600 nits.
