OR Xiaomi expected to release the series soon Redmi K80 in China and some leaks indicate that the Pro model will be extremely powerful, with the new chipset Snapdragon 8 Elite.
Now we also have a confirmation of its raw performance, as the smartphone appeared on Geekbench, where it scored 2,753 for single-core and 8,460 for multi-core.
The smartphone with model number 24122RKC7C will run Android 15 out of the box and it looks like Redmi will once again bring a 16GB RAM variant. The chipset is confirmed to be Qualcomm’s new flagship with Oryon V2 Phoenix L 2×4.32GHz + 6×3.53GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix M cores.
Both the Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro are said to have 6.67″ displays with up to 120Hz refresh rate and IP68 water and dust resistance. It has also been heard that the Redmi K series may eventually come with wireless charging, but we will have to wait for confirmation from Xiaomi itself about this.
